Fully qualified supervisor
Alongside a wealth of experience from working as a practitioner for fifteen years, I also hold an Advanced Diploma in Relational Supervision (NCPS accredited), meaning I am fully qualified to provide supervision services or reflective practice to groups and individuals. I have vast experience and formal qualifications in working with clients and supervising online as well as face to face.
Cost and provision
I can provide individual supervision flexibly to suit you, usually in 1.5 hour per month blocks, as per the BACP recommendation, but if additional time is needed this can be negotiated. Fortnightly supervision will only be considered for reflective practice groups or students who require it for their course. The cost of supervision is £80 per hour (£120 per 1.5 block). Discounts are available for students but slots are limited so please enquire.
Approach and experience
I have worked across various sectors including the NHS, hospices, schools, private practice and charitable organisations. As such, I have worked with diverse client groups, including adults and children. I have a specialised interest in trauma and loss, and this has threaded through my work over the years. My approach to supervision is relational, meaning the focus is on the supervisory relationship at the core alongside providing support around therapeutic work.

I am happy to meet your needs for the best way to connect for supervision. All supervision sessions are conducted online. If you work in a Devon based organisation and would like supervision or reflective practice for staff and have a space that is preferred on site this may also be considered.
